LIMITED WELD WARRANTY

CLEAR COVERAGE.
DIRECT SUPPORT.

This warranty is designed around the part East Attachments controls directly: the fabricated welds. It explains when weld coverage applies, how hydraulic systems and wear items are treated, and what to do if a problem occurs.

01

Warranty Period

East Attachments provides the original purchaser with a one-year limited warranty covering 100% of original East Attachments welds. The period begins on the date the attachment is delivered or picked up. A valid work order or invoice number is required to confirm the purchase and coverage period.

02

Covered Welds

Coverage applies when an original East Attachments weld cracks, separates or fails during normal, intended use of a properly fitted attachment on the confirmed machine and within the product's rated application. Coverage is subject to review of the attachment, operating conditions and supporting documentation.

03

Repair or Replacement

If a covered weld breaks under normal use, East Attachments will determine the appropriate remedy after reviewing the claim. The attachment or affected component may be returned to the shop and prioritized for prompt repair, or East Attachments may build and send a replacement product. A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the balance of the original one-year warranty period.

04

Hydraulics Are Excluded

Hydraulic cylinders, motors, valves, hoses, fittings, seals, pumps, couplers and other hydraulic components are not covered by the East Attachments weld warranty. If a third-party component carries a separate manufacturer warranty, any available coverage is governed by that manufacturer's terms.

05

Pressure & Flow Settings

East Attachments is not responsible for wrongful use of hydraulic components or damage caused by improper PSI, flow or relief settings; incorrect plumbing or connections; contaminated fluid; over-pressurization; or an incompatible carrier. The owner and operator are responsible for confirming the machine and attachment settings before operation.

06

Normal Intended Use

The attachment must be installed, operated, inspected and maintained for its intended purpose and within the capacity of the confirmed carrier. Proper pin fitment, secure connections, hydraulic settings, routine lubrication and reasonable inspection are the responsibility of the owner and operator.

07

What Is Not Covered

Coverage excludes abuse, overload, collision, accident, improper lifting, prying or twisting beyond intended use, corrosion, fire, theft, environmental damage, customer-supplied fitment errors, normal wear, paint, cutting edges, teeth, pins, bushings and other wear items. It also excludes damage following unauthorized modification, welding, repair or continued use after a known unsafe condition.

08

Stop Use & Report

Stop using the attachment if a failure could create an unsafe condition or cause additional damage. Secure the attachment, isolate hydraulic pressure when applicable and submit a complete claim promptly. Continued operation after a suspected failure may affect coverage for additional resulting damage.

09

Inspection & Documentation

A claim should include the client name, work order or invoice number, product, machine information, a detailed explanation of what caused the issue and the requested resolution. East Attachments may request clear photographs, video, pressure or flow information, maintenance records, an inspection or return of the product before making a coverage decision.

10

Return Authorization

Do not ship an attachment or begin third-party repairs before receiving written instructions from East Attachments. Approved claims will receive repair, return or replacement directions. Freight responsibility is determined after the claim and circumstances are reviewed; unauthorized or collect-on-delivery shipments may be refused.

11

Claim Response

East Attachments typically responds within 3–5 business days after receiving a complete claim. This is the initial response and review window, not a guarantee that inspection, freight, repair or replacement will be completed in that period. Missing information or additional inspection needs may extend the review.

12

Limited Remedy

To the extent permitted by law, the available remedy for an approved claim is repair or replacement of the covered product or affected component. The warranty does not cover downtime, equipment rental, removal or installation labor, travel, lost income or incidental or consequential loss. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
