East Attachments fabricates around confirmed machines, measurements and job requirements. This policy protects the customer’s initial review period while accounting for work committed to an approved build.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective August 8, 2026. The order details approved by the customer—including measurements and custom options—control the build. Product lead time is calculated after East Attachments confirms every required measurement.
Submitting a website inquiry or requesting a quote does not place an order. For this policy, an order begins when East Attachments accepts the order or quote and receives the required deposit or payment. The cancellation window begins on that date. Customers should review the approved machine, measurements, options, paint color, price and delivery method before authorizing the order.
A customer may request cancellation during the first three calendar days after the order begins. The request must be received by East Attachments within that period and is not complete until East Attachments confirms it. Contact the shop immediately by phone and confirm the request in writing by email so the production status can be reviewed.
East Attachments may begin engineering, material procurement or fabrication during the three-day window. If an order is cancelled for any reason after parts, materials, labor or engineering costs have been incurred, East Attachments will deduct those incurred costs from the approved refund. The cancellation deduction will not exceed 25% of the total order price.
Cancellation requests are not accepted after the initial three-calendar-day period. Amounts paid are not refundable after that window, except where required by law or when East Attachments approves a different written resolution. Production scheduling, material commitments and machine-specific work continue based on the confirmed order.
Custom-designed, engineered, modified, machine-specific and specially configured products cannot be cancelled after the initial three-day period. Once completed, these products are made for the approved application and are not eligible for return or exchange because of a customer change of mind, a change in equipment or customer-supplied measurement errors.
A requested specification change is not a cancellation. Changes must be reviewed and approved by East Attachments and may require a revised quote, new measurements, additional payment and a revised lead time. East Attachments may decline a change that is no longer practical after engineering, material procurement or fabrication has begun.
Any approved refund will equal the eligible amount paid less the applicable cancellation deduction and any other amount authorized in writing. East Attachments will initiate an approved refund within seven business days after the cancellation amount is confirmed. The time for funds to appear depends on the original payment method, financial institution or financing provider.
Completed products that have shipped, been delivered or been picked up are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return, except for an East Attachments error, an applicable warranty matter or a right that cannot legally be waived. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Freight charges and shipping damage are handled under the Shipping & Pickup Policy and the applicable carrier process.
This cancellation policy does not replace the East Attachments one-year, 100% weld warranty or remedies for a verified East Attachments manufacturing error. Report a suspected defect or incorrect build promptly with the order information, machine details, measurements and clear photos. East Attachments will review the issue and determine the appropriate repair, correction or other available remedy.
If East Attachments cannot fulfill an accepted order and cancels it, amounts paid for the unfulfilled product will be refunded unless the parties agree in writing to another solution. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law. Financing agreements, if any, may also contain separate cancellation and refund terms imposed by the financing provider.
Cancellation requests
Call as soon as possible and send written confirmation by email. Include the customer name, company, order or quote number, product and the date the order was accepted. East Attachments will confirm whether the request is within the cancellation period and identify any incurred build costs.
